The game is a habit tool, not advice

Habimine turns your real-life habits into a game. EXP, levels, ranks and currency are in-game only and have no cash value.

AI-written content (explanations, conversation partners, summaries and plans) is made by a machine, can be wrong or out of date, and is general information only. It is not medical, fitness, mental-health or financial advice. Do not rely on it for decisions about your health or money. AI features are limited by plan and fair-use limits and may change.

It is not a medical device and gives no medical, fitness, nutrition, sleep, mental-health or financial advice. Exercise at your own discretion and within your own limits, and speak to a professional before starting or changing a training routine or if you have a health condition. Wealth features are simple trackers — not banking, lending, investment or tax advice.

The daily tips summarise well-known ideas and published research in our own words, for general information only, and name the source where one is given. They are not medical advice and may not suit your circumstances; use your own discretion and ask a professional when in doubt.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older and give a real email address you can access.
• You are responsible for your password and for what happens on your account. One person, one account.
• Do not cheat the system by tampering with the app, its data or other people's accounts. We may correct or reset progress that was gained that way.

Content you add

You own what you write. You give the app permission to store it and show it to the people you choose to share it with (friends, party, chat) so the features work.

Books added from your device must be ones you have the right to read. Books in the starter shelf are public-domain texts from Project Gutenberg. If you believe something in the app infringes your copyright, write to habimineapp@gmail.com.

Behaviour and enforcement

You agree to follow the Community Rules. We may remove content, restrict messaging, or suspend accounts that break them or put others at risk. You can delete your own account at any time.

Availability and liability

The app is provided as it is, may change or be unavailable at times, and features may be added, changed or removed. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using the app, including any injury from exercise, or lost progress. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
